Green Beans & Dream Homestead

My green beans did well for just planting among my flowers & shrubs. I froze what I grew but I wanted more to can. I purchased these green beans at an Amish farm market this week.

Tonight I cleaned the green beans snapped them & canned them. I got six pints & one quart. we will be eating the quart jar next meal.

I found this property while driving to a property listed with a real estate agency. It is not for sale but I really like it. It is much like my dream house in my side bar. I have not been able to find out who the owner is yet. From what I have been told the owner lives in another state. The kids & I can stay at the homestead for now or at the most five years if lucky. I know I am going to have to find a place within five years or sooner. I have hopes that if the owner would like to sale it at some point I could sale the 5 acre property my Pap & Gram gave me to finance it. For now it is a dream homestead for me. I guess I will see what God has in store for the kids & I while I dream & hope these days.

Blessings Til Next Time!
