Prim Stump Doll Lets Name Her

This is my newest creation. The first prim stump doll I ever made. I will be taking her to the shop next week & checking to see what other creations have sold. I have two more waiting in my sewing basket waiting to be stitched up. Her bonnet was my big hold up. It took me some time to make a pattern. I was really happy with how she turned out. Always tempting to keep a new doll. But I do have many around the homestead & can make more. I have not given her a name as yet. I want to use an old-fashioned name. What would you suggest?

    Hi Lara~She is just too cute. You did a really nice job on her. How about the name Annabelle or Emma?

    Your dollie is so sweet ! With her prim bonnet and plaid dress , the name Hannah comes to mind . Hannah Mae Hillsborough

    Hi Lara, Love your doll. Strange how names can make the dolls have personalities huh? She looks like Idona Sue to me. I had a great aunt who was an old maid. Her name was Francis Idona. I love Idona and we called her Aunt Donie. Idona was pronounced as Idawna. Good luck and I'm sure the name you pick will fit her perfect
